POSITION SUMMARY

Perform computerized paperwork for a manufacturer of commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVAC equipment. Find, enter, and disseminate information from nonconformances generated by internal and external customers.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Work in a fast paced, complex, and demanding work environment.

Research and determine nonconformance entry data.

Interact with others to collect appropriate information for nonconformance entry.

Actively search out methods of improving existing systems and formulating plans for future systems to increase department efficiency.

Assist with creation and development of databases and metrics systems for departmental and interdepartmental use.

Spelling, grammar, and the ability to type quickly and accurately are necessary.

Other tasks at the Managers discretion, including duties not expressly described herein.

Assist other departments with nonconformance entry as required by workload and at management request.
