Classification: Salary Position Reports to: Sales General Manger Date: 3-10-24 Work Environment: Industrial facility; will spend some time in pipe yard but work area will be primarily in the office. Physical Demands: Standing, stooping, bending, and sitting for long periods of time, work that may involve lifting to 20 lbs. Position type and expected outs of work: Full time hours typical work schedule is 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM additional hours as needed and schedule subject to change. Travel: Minimal

Responsibilities

Basic Duties and Responsibilities: Manage/supervise inside sales representatives' daily activities. * Schedule plant pipe production. * Provide support to outside sales representatives and our customers. * Facilitates resolutions to concerns and inquiries by our customers. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. * Leadership role that sets individual and team goals, coach reports, and complete employee evaluations. * Manage inventory levels for pipe accessories. * Prepare purchase orders for pipe accessories. * Participate in the monthly physical inventory. * Manage special projects. * Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: * 3 years of directly related experience preferred. * 2 Years in a leadership role. * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Ability to learn and use several software programs. Other Skills and Abilities: * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to prioritize work and accomplish assignments without supervision. * Problem Solver works to resolve questions and inquiries that arise. * Is professional and has excellent phone etiquette. * Is detailed oriented and able to perform work with a high degree of accuracy.
