  • Develop and execute the stations strategic and financial plans.
  • Achieve budgeted financial goals and grow the Stations revenue share and programming performance.
  • Help increase the Stations viewing audience by serving the interests of the community.
  • Protect the Stations license through disciplined adherence to FCC rules and regulations.
  • Train, manage, and motivate all Station personnel.
  • Be effective in leading department heads and staff.
  • Promote teamwork within all areas of Station operations.
  • Develop strong relationships with local clients.
  • Manage Station relations with the community.
