Charter Care Health Partners Facilities Project Manager in Providence, Rhode Island

Summary: Under the direction of the Director, Facility Management, formulates the stragtegies to promote significant projects. Estimates the costs, resources and time required tocomplete the assigned phase of a project and monitors activities, allocates resources and assigns taks to ensure these targets are met. Works on a variety of facility projects that may include, but is not limited to, structural assessments, property condition assessments, building enclosure assessments, pavement and infrastructure assessments and other necessary studies.

Education: BS degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field or equivilent experience required. Seven to ten years experience in a contruction management role, working with various projects with multi- site locations.

Experience: Proven working experience in construction management with related healthcare projects. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards. Understanding of all facets of the construction process. Familiarity with construction management software packages, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to plan and see the "big picture". Excellent time and project management skills.
