Job Summary: responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain the resident s physical and emotional well-being of those residents living at Kindred Supports. Schedule: Rotating Weeks Week 1: Monday: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Week 2: Sunday: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Monday: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Tuesday: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Duties Include: - Administer medications and give reminders to residents as required according to the Medication - -- Administration Record, and as delegated by the RN Supervisor. - Follows policy and procedures when receiving new or changed medication orders. - Assist residents with activities of daily living as indicated on their individual service agreement (including, but not limited to dressing, showering, grooming, toilet assistance, and escorting). - Maintain a clean and healthy environment. - Document any resident condition changes in the resident chart and communication log. - Understands procedures regarding assisted living tasks and charting procedures when performing these tasks. - Understand and adhere to the Vulnerable Adult and Abuse policy, Bill of Rights, and HIPPA. - Complete a minimum of eight (8) hours of documented training. - Be up to date with completing a Mantoux test. - Assisted kitchen staff at meal times with set up, serving, and clean up. - Provide on-the-job training for new associates.
