-Analyze new software requirements and create design documents using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Implement the requirements using Java programming language and Python scripts, if applicable. -Improve existing software components for Pre-Trade analytics software (RVFI) and Risk Management solution (RVPortfolio).-Create web tools using HTML, CSS and JAVA Script that is used by the developers to create test environments which are further used to test the robustness, stability and efficiency of the company’s Windows-based application.- Analyze the current interaction of the Risk Management Solution (RVPortfolio) with the database server to propose a solution that improves the performance of the application.-Analyze the performance of the application in terms of the memory that is used by the application. Memory can play a huge part in the latency of the application.-Research into using new technologies in web development and transitioning existing web frameworks to new ones ensuring equal or better performance.Requirements -Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or closely related field of study.-Knowledge of Programming Finance, Computer Architecture, Software Engineering for Web Applications, and Parallel and Distributed Computing. -Skills in using C++, Java, JavaScript, CSS, Python, and SQL.
