Bristol-Myers Squibb Company Senior Manager, Clinical Data Reporting and Analytics in Princeton, New Jersey

Use experience with: drug development or medical device process, protocol and case report form (CRF) design, EDC systems for electronic data capture (Oracle Clinical, Medidata Rave), clinical databases and clinical trial management system (CTMS); SQL, SAS and computing techniques for reporting and analytics; authoring specifications; ability to identify challenges, engage appropriate stakeholders and design roll-out strategy to provide functional expertise and leadership to clinical teams in support of effective data review, effective trial status determination and trial risk identification. Identify and drive opportunities for reporting and analytic support within clinical data review community. Ensure quality of Clinical Data Reporting and Analytics (CDR&A) deliverables by constantly driving compliance with regulatory requirements (Good Clinical Practice - GCP), corporate and departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Drive the development and implementation of innovative strategies and technologies for clinical trial programming. Liaise with cross functional stakeholders to meet data review needs that support risk-based monitoring, clinical review and other data related initiatives. Review planning documents (e.g. data review plans, system user requirements) to ensure alignment with development team objectives. Develop unambiguous and robust programming specifications for internal and external programming work. Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and consistency within CDR&A and provides leadership and support to improvement initiatives. Lead large scale cross-functional projects which require strong stakeholder management with project management skills. Develop training material and delivers hands-on training to clinical application/system users. May work remotely 50% of time from anywhere in the US.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above. The starting compensation for this job is a range from $165,824 to $224,351/year, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation is decided based on demonstrated experience.
