SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Director Sales Operations - this position is responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of regional and territory sales to the field and sales management. This role will also provide analytical support to the VP Sales and the sales management to assist in driving productivity and resource deployment within the US market

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strengths in SQL, Oracle and Excel to extract, transform and report on multiple data sources providing business intelligence and leading indicators that can be actioned by the field

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com and SF Analytics that can be used by the field to track their own business

  • Integrate and interpret external data e.g. IMS, for deeper analytical insights

  • Perform analytics on complex deal structures and proposals for regional hospitals

  • Review channel performance and channel design options to maximize ROI

  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of all sales reports and automate the processing of the reports

  • Liaise with IS team to develop new tools and data access for business management.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, organize and prioritize work, understanding when urgency is required in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least three years Business Analysis experience

  • Experience with ERP systems: Oracle preferred

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Salesforce.com and SF Analytics preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. Ability to identify issues and develop and implement solutions

  • Proven ability to organize, analyze and present data and relate findings to business needs

  • Solid business acumen and effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization

  • Experience working in Medical Devices preferred

  • Able to work quickly to tight deadlines without compromising quality

  • Adaptable to change within a fast paced, matrix environment

Coordination and Communication:

  • Attention to detail and an ability to understand and maintain a very complex operating structure.

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability work quickly without compromising accuracy.

  • Collaboration with the BI team and Business Analysts to promptly manage and rectify issues.
