The role concerns global business support for Key Global Accounts. Being a business partner, supporting on strategy, collaborating across the organization, sharing best practices and applying relevant knowledge, this role contributes to drive performance and maximize business success.

The role covers dedication in the KGA Global team for Taste, for which flavors & taste business knowledge is essential. It also serves the Ingredient Solutions business to leverage best practices.

Your key responsibilities

  • Acting as SPOC for KGA in different forums such as Strategy, Operations, Special Projects, etc

  • Coordinating RFIs/RFPs submissions, strategic positioning and Core List proposals in support to KGA Leads

  • Contributing to Account Plans, monitoring monthly vitality KPIs by account and setting actions with KGA team to drive performance

  • Leading special projects/task force relative to KGAs

  • Collaborating with Global Pricing and Business Controlling on budget, pricing and profit management

  • Sharing best practices, building KGA community including governance, processes and tools

    You bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Flavors/Taste industry. Exposure to Global Accounts is an advantage

  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinker

  • Indirect leadership, collaboration and influencing skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, team player

  • Cultural competence

  • Flexibility to pivot and prioritize, work with different time zones and ability to travel internationally estimated 20%.
