Job Duties: Conduct hypotheses-driven primary and secondary research to develop research project plans, methodologies, and discussion guides. Independently manage project and work stream of reasonable size. Develop first drafts of discussion guides and other survey instruments. Check documents for spelling, grammar and content, and review with project lead to finalize survey instruments. Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews qualitative interviews with key opinion leaders. Review interim survey data to ensure appropriate respondents are recruited. Work and communicate effectively with others in the organization to accomplish team and client goals. Analyse collected qualitative and quantitative data to develop “client-ready” analytical project deliverables. Lead assignments alongside working on research team global intelligence platform to help the team with research and data analysis. Calculate costs for treatments under different scenarios and trends in drug price increases over time. Conduct research using various public and proprietary web sources and analytical tools to gather information on diseases, treatment options, dosing schedule, and other related information for competitive products, including costs and prices. Evaluate and report data and documenting analytic procedures to optimize marketing operations. Conduct detailed research on client’s products, goals for the project and any documents/materials supplied by the client to understand key business objectives for the project. Work with project lead and the team to ensure appropriate resource/workload distribution and meet internal targets for projects on a timely manner. Review all client supplied materials as well as information from all components of primary and secondary research to form a coherent story of how to arrive to the optimum pricing recommendation. Work on ad-hoc statistical and data mining evaluation. Promote and enforce company policies and regulations.Job Requirement: Required Master’s or foreign equivalent in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Pharmacy Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related field + 2 years of experience in the job offered, Analyst, Business Analyst, Market Research Analyst, or related. Must be able to travel/relocate to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.
