We are R&D team dedicated to bringing innovative solutions and new technologies into our existing products, in order to help our customers to improve their Data management and Output Management solutions. We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to expand our team within the Output Management solution area and work on the exciting Spool product.

Spool - is a solution that securely manages business-critical print and report delivery requirements across networks, platforms, and locations. Spool provides nonstop operation as it collects reports from multiple sources (including z/OS, Windows, Linux, and UNIX), while offering enterprise-wide spooling and print capabilities, including data transformation.

Job Profile Summary

• Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems and applications for software enhancements and new products. May develop software programs, products and tools required for the operation and control of programmable products for the operation
• Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
• Functional breadth and depth, plus expert in complementary fields
• Applies broad concepts and theories to achieve innovative and effective solutions to complex problems
• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
• Will champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity

• Coaches and mentors other junior team members
• Supervision: Incumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in his/her area of specialization. Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers.

• Determines own priorities, both tactical and strategic

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience; at this level post-graduate coursework may be desirable or Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience or PhD and 3+ years of related experience
• Proven hands on expertise in the following - HLASM, IBM C, z/OS, IPCS, dump reading, TSO/ISPF
• Solid knowledge of Unix/USS, SMP/E, z/OSMF, TCP/IP, SNA, XDC, Endevor, AFP
• Java Spring Framework, Metacode, PCL, PDF and NATURAL knowledge is a plus
• Keen on learning new technologies and languages, follow on new trends and continuous innovation

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,200- $152,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
