Join our Global Citrus team as a Commercial Development Senior Manager and help shape the future of our citrus business. You'll be responsible for coordinating Global Citrus Ingredient sales strategy, analysing citrus tonality data, and managing key client issues. Your key responsibilities

  • Coordinate terpene sales strategy and provide ongoing support and follow-up to engage with ACM's, clients, S&OP, Purchasing, etc. to ensure successful execution of global citrus key projects.

  • Provide data to support Global Citrus Team for tonality performance, business cases, project justification, innovation tracking, etc.

  • Analyze and interpret citrus data to track top line growth, profitability, and innovations for monthly dashboard.

  • Review and Investigate demand fluctuations, collaborating with Sales force, demand planning, Operations, and Purchasing to provide commercial input. Participate in safety stocks review linked with Innovation, as well as facilitate action items.

  • Act as point of contact for Citrus commercial Inquiries globally, including review, report and follow up on supply chain notices.

  • Contribute to the pricing team Citrus Strategies for profitability and margin expectations/analysis.

    You bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales coordination, or related field

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel is a must, SAP is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
