You’ll be a guided partner to Fine Fragrance perfumers, offering consumer trends, creative inspirations, and strategic ideas.   • Train and work under the supervision of a Fragrance Development Director on fragrance development across multiple categories.

  • Interact with multiple global functions for seamless project management: Perfumery, Sales, Marketing, Laboratory, etc.

  • Become an ambassador of Dsm-Firmenich olfactive expertise; develop olfactive and market proficiency to help provide winning propositions and team support.

  • Contribute to and assist in the management of an internal library of fragrances.

  • Learn and understand how to leverage internal digital tools.

  • Work on line extension and base translations from lead format across different categories, focusing on total home category

  • English fluency

  • Ready to travel for possible temporary assignment in external filial

  • Organized; proficient multi-tasker

  • Curious, Self-starter, independent

  • In person participation 4-5 days per week.

  • REQUIRED – Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in evaluation, marketing, laboratory functions in the Fine Fragrance industry.

  • Title and compensation commensurate with experience (Associate FDM title requires 1-3 years’ experience; FDM title requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience)
