Phillips Distilling Company is currently inviting candidates to apply for a full-time Machine Operator opportunity. Join the Phillips team today and enjoy being in good spirits every day! This is a 2nd shift position that involves working 4:00pm - 2:00am. Occasional overtime may be required. The Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of various production equipment. Primary responsibilities include operating packaging equipment including case packers, case sealers, case erectors and palletizers. This position works closely with other team members to keep the line running efficiently while producing high-quality products. Other responsibilities include monitoring supply levels, inspecting products for defects, completing appropriate documentation, as well as completing cleaning and light maintenance duties. The Machine Operator will assist on other areas of the line as needed. Candidates offered employment will be required to submit to a background check, drug test and physical ability exam.
