About the Role:
The Maintenance Technician - Wastewater role at the Princeton location is responsible for operating, monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing the entire Wastewater Treatment System. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Operating the maintenance computer system for work order generation and complete required paperwork.
Monitor, operate, and repair other utility systems such as water chiller, air compressors, ammonia compressors, boilers, and fire suppression systems.
Operating man lifts and tools as well as completing other manual labor tasks.
Being responsible for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role, which has rotating days off. Shift hours typically follow a minimum of 8 hours with a maximum of 12 hours.
1st Shift: 6:45am – 3:00pm
2nd Shift: 2:45pm – 11:00pm
3rd Shift: 10:45pm – 7:00am
About You:
You’ll fit right in with:
Strong mechanical aptitude, and willingness to further mechanical and electrical training.
Basic chemistry understanding and willingness to continue Waste Water Treatment learning.
Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus.
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, stoop, bend, twist, turn, and climb to complete required tasks.
The ability to work overtime and weekends.
