Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for office hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely manner.

  • Assist with the setup, installation, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.

  • Support employees with IT-related inquiries and issues.

  • Ensure all IT equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and securely.

  • Document and track IT support requests and resolutions.

  • Develop and maintain company website.

  • Contract writing ability is an asset.

    Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Sage software, and common hardware.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    Schedule:

  • Part-time hours, with on-call availability as needed. Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and urgent issues is essential.
