As a Line Server at State 48 BBQ, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while\ efficiently serving food to our guests. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are\ accurate, prepared in a timely manner, and presented beautifully to enhance the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:\ 1. Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items.\ 2. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.\ 3. Serve food and beverages promptly on buffet style line.\ 4. Ensure orders are prepared according to guest specifications and restaurant standards.\ 5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, including dining tables and condiment\ stations.\ 6. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and promptly.\ 7. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy\ periods.\ 8. Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
