Job requires operating semi-trucks to transport agricultural crops directly from the fixed site agricultural properties to elevators or storage locations and to transport harvesting equipment between work locations as part of the employer\'s custom combining operation. The position will be responsible for completing each step of crop transport to elevators or storage facilities as necessary for the harvest. Drivers are expected to operate semi-trucks efficiently and safely through all routes. Job duties will include checking trucks to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order; report truck and trailer defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles; perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as adding oil, fuel, or radiator fluid, performing minor repairs, or washing trucks; couple or uncouple trailers by changing trailer jack positions, connecting or disconnecting air or electrical lines, or manipulating fifth-wheel locks; maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions; collect delivery instructions from appropriate sources, verifying instructions and routes; open and close hopper bottom trailer doors; clean and maintain semi-trucks; and regularly service semi-trucks. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers\' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer. Radios will be provided to workers, without charge or deposit, in all equipment so workers can communicate with persons capable of responding to the workers needs in case of emergency.

Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

The employer will provide, without charge or deposit, free and convenient kitchen and cooking facilities to prepare meals. The workers will be allowed time to drive themselves or will be transported to a store or market to purchase their own food and cooking supplies. Employer provided housing contains a refrigerator, stove, oven, and operational sink with hot and cold water under pressure. In the event that the workers are unable to prepare meals at the housing location, the employer will provide three sufficient meals a day free of charge.

Employer will provide workers that reside in employer provided or secured housing with transportation from the housing to the worksite daily at no cost to the worker. Workers who are reasonably able to return to their residence within the same day will not be provided with housing, subsistence and transportation. Continued in Addendum C.
