Description and Requirements

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager that will be responsible for handling all the assigned accounts (primary telco/operators) and all trade marketing activities across all Motorola smartphones products in Czechia.

You will report to the Sales Manager Motorola SEE based in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Build yearly Business case and strategy for the key accounts;

  • Achieving / overachieving quantitative and qualitative targets on a regular base;

  • Prepare and implement quarterly business cases for each key account to reach and surpass the quarterly sales objective;

  • Create and execute the Marketing Initiatives and Sales Programs needed to increase market share with each partner;

  • Manage the Sell In process with each partner via the appointed distributors;

  • Support the Sell Out process to achieve the partner KPI;

  • Manage Inventory and take appropriate measurements to avoid excess or out-of-stock situations;

  • Coordinate all Trade Marketing activities with each Retail Partner;

  • Developing new retail and online initiatives with key partners to achieve better visibility in target POS / online stores

Your main requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a Sales position in the mobile industry (experience from operators/carrier is desirable);

  • Have experience in selling products to carrier, retail, and distribution channels;

  • Experience in bringing new products to the market and a proven track record of having worked with multiple-level contacts;

  • Experience in trade marketing;

  • Success in growing existing accounts and demonstration of a successful track record of selling products through a channel;

  • Entrepreneurial personality with the ability of influencing others;

  • Perfect knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Power Point;

  • Very good level of English and Czech

  • Driving License and willingness to travel
