Description:

As a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress at Hotel Andaz Prague, you will be the face of our morning dining experience, delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, attend to guests' needs promptly, and ensure a high standard of service that reflects our hotel's prestigious reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.

  • Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations.

  • Serve breakfast dishes with attention to detail and in a timely manner.

  • Ensure tables are set up and maintained according to hotel standards.

  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to provide seamless service.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-tier service.

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
