ZEM Prague - Japanese and Czech cuisine in a unique atmosphere - could be your new workplace.

We are looking for a charismatic person to be the right-hand support for our restaurant manager, Marek!

What You Will Do:

  • Ensuring everyone knows what they need to do

  • Overseeing the restaurant and ensure it is ready for service

  • Inspect dishes and oversee their delivery from the kitchen to ensure each meal reaches the correct table

  • Build relationships with customers and step in for the manager if necessary to resolve complaints

It Would Be Great to Have:

  • Calmness: Can you maintain your composure and communicate effectively with the team, even during the busiest times?

  • Organizational and Planning Skills: Can you help plan what is needed without expecting to be hand-held?

  • Communication Skills and Excellent Customer Service: Can you stay friendly, smiling, and willing to assist every guest who comes to ZEM, even during the toughest shifts?

  • Problem-Solving Skills and Ability to Work Under Pressure: Can you quickly and effectively resolve issues, like when the grill hood breaks down and smoke fills the room?

  • Interest in Gastronomy and a Willingness to Learn New Things: Passion for gastronony is a key, do you have it?
