Job Description

The purpose of project management is to manage risks & issues, plan, organize and control project activities to ensure project is delivered in accordance with timeline, budget, and client expectations.

As a member of GlobalView Project Services team, you are responsible for preparing, planning, monitoring, and managing the delivery of projects within ADP GlobalView HCM Solutions. You are focused to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes, and allocated budgets. The project manager follows ADP’s defined project methodology and manages client expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project. You should have the ability to manage and lead a remote team of people for the purposes of achieving project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the project to ensure successful delivery of project scope, within timelines and budget

  • Responsible for risk-, issue- and change management

  • Effectively communicate relevant project status updates to stakeholders (in- and external)

  • Ensure that project documentation and administration is stored and maintained in accordance with ADP quality management requirements during project lifecycle

  • Facilitate communication with client stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with a focus on enhanced client relationships and satisfaction.

  • Actively support knowledge transfer and documentation

Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • Upper Intermediate verbal and writing abilities in the English language(additional French language skills are a plus)

  • Intermediate skills in project management principles, execution, and controls

  • Communication skills necessary for the exchange of complex information with a sensitivity and awareness of the audience to modify belief / opinions.

  • Ability to impact a range of client-, operational-, project- or service activities within your own team and other related teams.

  • Advanced consulting experience with clients. Ability to ask the right questions to scope / manage a project

  • Project management certification and/or equivalent 3 years verifiable experience as a project manager

Note: location for this role is preferably Prague, following ADP's hybrid working model (per week minimum 3 days working from the office and maximum 2 days from home).
