This position is with the Microsoft Teams C alling and M eetings team. If you want to work in a startup like environment with a diverse team and have a desire to move fast, this may be the team for you. 

We are looking for a passionate web developer/leader to technically lead & contribute to design, build, test, deploy and operate features in production. 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with PM and designer to Teams Meeting Join Experiences.

  • Work closely with infra team and partner team for E2E architecture and API design.

  • Implement related features for Teams web and desktop clients.

  • Product/Feature quality and reliability monitor and live site support.

  • Mentor junior teammates.

Qualifications

  • Extensive software development experiencewith thefront-end stack (UI libraries/frameworks,Typescript,JavaScript).

  • Effective communication skills, ability to drive clarity and coordinate work between people and different teams.

  • Experience with commercial product development, reliability and maintenance of the proposed solutions,strong focus on user experience.

  • Ability to efficiently deal with uncertainty and unknown areas, fast learn and develop.

  • Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Will be a plus if you bring:

  • Extensive experience withReact,GraphQL, Vue/Solid JS or similar libraries

  • Understanding of the principles of back-end development using strongly-typed languages/stack – e.g..NET,C++, Rust, etc..
