Eaton Eletrotechnika hledá pracovníka/pracovnici servisní podpory : service coordinator

Výroba přístrojů pro domovní a průmyslové elektroinstalace, zařízení pro distribuci elektrické energie a záložních zdrojů. Dále vyrábíme proudové chrániče i jističe a rozváděčové skříně.

Místo práce: Praha

Hlavní odpovědnosti:

  • Zpracování servisních zakázek jejich koordinace

  • Administrace zakázek v systému

  • Objednávky a dodávky materiálu a služeb

  • Plánování zakázek a servisních techniků

  • Kompletace zakázek pro fakturaci a fakturace

  • Denní komunikace se zákazníky v češtině

Znalosti a dovednosti:

  • Středoškolské vzdělání s maturitou technického / obchodního směru, elektro výhodou

  • Praxe na obdobné pozici v oblasti zákaznického servisu

  • Zkušenosti z prací v SAP nebo Salesforce

  • Komunikace v angličtině
