Join us as an IT Application Manager!

What role will you play?

⦁ Oversee service delivery, take accountability, and report performance (Service Levels. KPIs, and Costs) of each individual IT service

⦁ Building strong partnership relationships with our providers, IT business partners, and our business stakeholders

⦁ Define Roles and Authorization Concept (technical roles) considering Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements

⦁ Perform user inventory (technical roles)

⦁ Perform Service Impact Analysis (SIA) on a regular base

⦁ Drive any regulatory and compliance-related topics together with our Provider Management and Risk and Compliance chapters

⦁ Escalate performance-related issues and customer complaints to service owners and proactively discuss with the associate providers our customer demands

⦁ Maintain IT Risk Register containing IT Risks related to the Application. Define Risk Response Strategy. Define, implement, and track Risk Mitigations

⦁ Keep the Protection Concept up to date, for all ISEC risks proper risk acceptances are obtained and documented

⦁ Participate in Protection Risks Analysis (PRA) preparation

What you should have:

⦁ Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels

⦁ Eagerness to learn new technologies

⦁ In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery

⦁ Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently

⦁ Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills

⦁ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field or equivalent practical experience

⦁ Excellent oral and written skills in English

⦁ At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

⦁ Knowledge of ITIL principles, DevOps, and Project Management methodologies will be an advantage
