You will make an impact by:

  • Independently coordinating internal events and congresses in variouslocations in Europe

  • Managing all event related administration, including participants lists management, hotel search and contracting, budgeting, order and payment processing, CVENT, ECLM and COUPA administration

  • Developing and tracking project plans; tracking milestones and deadlines

  • Managing third party providers

  • Tracking and managing all project budgets

  • Collecting data and feedback post events and preparing detailed analysis of event effectiveness, proposing improvements

  • Tracking events organized locally across the region and maintaining records and analyses of these events

  • Supporting initiation and implementation of all consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, serving as a liaison with legal department

  • Observing and coordinating all central and local events related procedures and regulations to implement all regulatory and compliance requirements

  • Other events related duties as assigned by the manager

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor‘s degree and min. 2 - 3 years of previous related experience (event management)

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry or medical field of studies is an advantage

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must, additional languages are an advantage

  • Passion for events organization and strong willingness to learn quickly and curiosity to explore and indicate innovations for events

  • Friendly and open nature and customer oriented approach, strong ability to work in a team

  • Efficiency with MS Office Suite

  • Good problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and investigative skills, strict attention to detail

  • Good knowledge and understanding of the importance of policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to event planning

  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and build stable working relationships internally

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
