This role combines a customer-facing approach with a blend of technical and soft skills to ensure our customers successfully adopt and maximize their use of technology. In this role, you will: Collaborate with clients to build effective adoption plans that match their business goals. Lead initiatives to drive Microsoft 365 and Power Platform adoption through engaging communication and training campaigns. Develop activities that boost user engagement and utilization of Microsoft 365 apps and Power Platform solutions. Establish strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and the face of SoftwareOne. Support project management and contribute to the successful delivery of customer engagements. Assist sales teams with effort estimation, proposal creation, and pre-sales activities. Provide expert guidance to customers, aligning solution strategy with business goals. Stay current with the latest Microsoft products and continuously develop your skills. What we need to see from you A minimum of two years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate). Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.). Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills to map customer needs to product capabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with delivering both on-premises and cloud solutions. A customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to prepare and deliver training and webinars for end-users. Proficiency in English; other languages are a bonus. Extra Skills That Will Help: Strong listening skills and excellent communication abilities. Ability to adapt and embrace change. Highly motivated and results-oriented. Experience with building various types of applications, including Model-Driven and Canvas Apps using Power Apps Studio. Experience with Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows, and business process flows. Experience building chatbots and using AI Builder within Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience with Microsoft Copilot or Power Platform is a plus. PL-400 certification, with a preference for PL-600. Experience in Power BI.
