We're seeking a talented Billing and Reporting Specialist to join our team and take on a multi-layered role that goes beyond traditional business administration.

In addition to ensuring the accuracy and transparency of our financial records and reports, you'll be a key player in supporting various business functions. From assisting with contract preparation and renewal, to managing monthly billing for internal and external customers, concluding with various reports to stakeholders’, your diverse skill set will be put to the test.

As an ideal candidate, you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field or 3 years’ experience on similar position

  • Basic understanding of financial reporting.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (functions, PIVOT tables)

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to handle and analyze large data sets.

  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.

  • SAP knowledge and Czech language is the advantage.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Strong self-time-management and organizational skills

  • Dedication to continuous process improvement and development.
