Job title: Consumer Services Representative (Dutch & English) - DYMO EMEA

Location: Poznan, Poland

Reports to: Supervisor, Consumer Services

As a Consumer Services Representative you will speak with consumers who use our DYMO products in EMEA. Putting your foreign language skills into practice, you will answer inquiries regarding pre-sales and after-sales service.

DYMO is our renowned brand of desktop and portable label printers.

You will act as an ambassador of Newell Brands/ DYMO when engaging consumers to ensure a consistent consumer experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to international users for computer/printer related technical problems.

  • Assist the consumers in resolving technical problems by providing guidance regarding software and hardware problems.

  • Engage with the consumers through email, chat, phone, social media, reviews portal, etc. in a professional, solution-oriented manner to ensure the outcome is consumer centric.

  • Identify consumer problems and complaints to ensure that inquiries are successfully resolved.

  • Seeking solutions in case of unusual queries or requests

  • Document in designated systems (e.g., CRM /Consumer Relationship Management/, SAP and other) the information needed for resolving inquiry or complaint.

Minimum requirements:

  • Fluent Dutch (C1/B2) and English (C1/B2) (spoken & written)

  • Good command of MS Word and Outlook

  • Outgoing with excellent communication skills (verbal & written) 

  • Empathy and openness for working with clients

Preferred:

  • Interest in computers and/or technology would be an advantage

  • Readiness to learn new tools and technologies (Salesforce, SAP, Bazaarvoice, Sprinklr etc.)

  • Organizational skills with ability to prioritize.

  • Detail oriented

  • Previous experience in user support/ troubleshooting/ helpdesk/ customer service will be an asset.
