Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Terminology Analyst

Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide an official and inclusive company-specific terminology in every supported language to strengthen our corporate identity, optimize content quality, ensure consistency and contribute to an outstanding user experience for our customers.

  • Define and execute efficient terminology processes.

  • Manage terminology requests.

  • Maintain the termbase and perform terminology research.

  • Support the implementation and optimization of tools.

  • Consult with, support and train internal and external stakeholders on terminology-related topics.

  • Identify terminology needs and opportunities proactively.

  • Work in close collaboration with content developers and other users around the world to create new terms, promote the effective usage of terminology and drive terminology integration projects.

Our requirements:

  • Excellent command of the English language.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Collaborative and solution-oriented attitude

  • Ability to plan and manage processes and projects

  • Flexibility and ability to work in intercultural teams

  • Strong interest in innovative and technology-driven approaches

  • University degree in translation, communication, linguistics, or related field

  • 2-3 years of experience.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of terminology management theory, principles, and methods.

• Interest in technical topics and agricultural machinery.

• Good conflict resolution skills.
