KBR is seeking a Training Team Lead familiar with Army wheeled and tracked vehicle maintenance experience. Candidate will provide analytical expertise to projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design, or other efforts requiring military operations expertise. May advise multi-disciplinary teams or run projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Interprets internal/external customer challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services based on industry knowledge. Responsible for supervising a team of employees and executing program control activities, including scheduling, planning, manpower management and placement, and administrative duties in Powidz, Poland.

Position start date is contingent upon contract award

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Takes leadership of technical/administrative projects and tasks. Plans, schedules, documents, reports, tracks progress of and provides status accounting and technical management of projects to ensure work scope, schedules and budgets are defined and maintained.

  • Responsible for ensuring all employees are properly trained in their day-to-day job responsibilities along with continuing the annual training requirements.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10-15 years’ relevant experience

  • Retired or former military with 5-10 years’ experience

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Must be able to pass a background check/JPASS

  • Valid passport

  • Must be able to pass an overseas assignment physical

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Maintenance experience with equipment assigned to MOS 91B, 91H, 91J, 91L, 91D, and 91C

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point
