Type: Full Time Location: Powell, OH (Remote) Overtime Exempt: No Reports To: ARMADA HQ Security Clearance Required: N/A *CONTINGENT UPON AWARD** Duties & Responsibilities: These duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Collaborate with faculty and SMEs on designs, develops, and implements immersive and interactive learning experiences that align with instructional goals. They collaborate with subject matter experts, integrate adult learning theories to ensure the effective delivery of courses, and continuously evaluate and improve. The role involves facilitating sessions, providing technical support, and staying updated on instructional trends and technologies. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
