Job Summary

Per il nostro dipartimento Microbial Solutions siamo alla ricerca di un Field Service Technician che si occuperà della manutenzione, riparazione e qualificazione operativa per le apparecchiature Charles River presso le sedi dei nostri clienti.

ATTIVITA' / RESPONSABILITA'

  • Manutenzione, qualifiche e riparazioni

  • Effettuare interventi annuali di qualificazione, manutenzione ordinaria o correttiva e installazioni per strumenti di laboratorio per la rilevazione di endotossine, carica batterica rapida e rilevazione microbica in loco presso i clienti nell'ambito geografico dedicato

  • Pianificare, in un'ottica di ottimizzazione, visite dei clienti nella regione assegnata per installazioni dei prodotti, qualificazione annuale, manutenzione ordinaria preventiva e analisi delle prestazioni del prodotto

  • Fornire ai clienti supporto tecnico e risoluzione dei problemi per telefono, e-mail o in loco

  • Garantire l'affidabilità delle azioni e delle scadenze proposte e garantire la qualità dei servizi e delle risposte fornite

  • Svolgere tutte le attività amministrative e le registrazioni relative alla propria attività, in conformità con i requisiti e le procedure interne, prodotti o clienti

Relazioni con i clienti:

  • Partecipare attivamente allo sviluppo dell'immagine del marchio e al miglioramento continuo della soddisfazione del cliente

  • Monitorare i reclami e le controversie dei clienti al fine di fornire supporto nella determinazione delle cause e dei relativi piani d'azione

  • Identificare opportunità per vendere contratti di servizio ai nostri clienti

  • Garantire un coordinamento e una comunicazione efficaci con gli altri dipartimenti coinvolti nelle relazioni con i clienti

  • Sviluppare, coordinare e supportare le attività con le controparti per garantire la corretta armonizzazione delle procedure e degli approcci nelle diverse aree geografiche

ATTIVITÀ SPECIFICHE

  • Assistere e/o gestire qualsiasi nuovo progetto o iniziativa che influisca sull'attività delle operazioni sul campo

  • Supporto e supporto ad altri membri dei team tecnici, in Francia e in Europa

  • Procedere con l'installazione di nuove apparecchiature nei siti dei nostri clienti e addestrarli di conseguenza

CONDIZIONI DI LAVORO

Viaggi frequenti in Francia, nell’area geografica dedicata, a volte con breve preavviso.

Viaggi occasionali all'estero, in particolare in Europa.

Semplici operazioni elettriche che richiedono autorizzazione.

Job Qualifications

Diploma di Mautrità in biologia/chimica o equivalente

Almeno 3 anni di esperienza professionale in posizione analoga
