An Automotive Service Technician is responsible for accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

WE OFFER:

  • $19.00 to $33.00 per hour flat rate

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems

  • Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment

  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

  • Complete online multi-point inspection reports

  • Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements

  • Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work

  • Document work performed on repair orders, record test procedures / results and time per company recoding procedures

    REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current state drivers license giving authorization to operate motor vehicles

  • Effective analytical and communication skills

  • Basic computer knowledge a plus

  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures

  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

  • Automotive mechanical experience

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive, friendly attitude
