    Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly

  • Maintain a high CSI score

  • Obtain customer and vehicle information

  • Clearly report all vehicle symptoms to a technician as described by the customer

  • Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history

  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts

  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently

  • Communicate all completed work and charges to customers

  • Provide an excellent overall customer service experience

    Qualifications

  • Knowledge of automobiles preferred

  • Friendly and positive attitude

  • High volume mentality

  • CSE focused
