United Water Restoration Group (UWRG) of Lower Hudson Valley seeks a confident, outgoing individual to help us grow the company. We are a locally owned and operated company whose services include water, mold remediation, and restoration. Our goal is to provide a quick and phenomenal experience to our clients. Responsibilities include: Responsible for photo documenting and noting information on each assignment. Ensuring we are providing AMAZING customer services Respond to property losses that involve water, mold, fire, storm damages, etc. Installing containment, safety mechanisms, and monitoring drying equipment/AFD's Providing emergency cleaning and sanitizing services Conducting controlled demolition services & restoring homes to their original state Keeping fleet vehicles cleaned and presentable Conducting preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles and company equipment Packing, moving, and cleaning client's contents / personal property

Requirements: 2 years of paid restoration cleaning, general contracting, carpentry, or plumbing experience. 1 year of Customer Service Understanding how to use equipment and technology (smartphone, GPS, text, email) Valid NYS License w/ a clean driving record Ability to carry and/or lift (50 lbs+) to jobs. This is a physical job Must be able to read, speak, and write English Must be legally authorized to work in the US

If you have the following, it is a PLUS Valid 30-hour OSHA Certification - General Contractor(s) Valid IICRC Certification in Water or Mold Valid NYS Mold and/or Asbestos license Project Management Experience
