DERF Electronics Corp. seeks Contract Administrator, Poughkeepsie, NY - Read and interpret bids and proposals from sellers/buyers; Assist in contract negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and customers; Draft, revise, and review contracts with customers and vendors to help ensure the company secures favorable terms; Administer and retain contracts for safekeeping; Assist management with compliance guidelines; Research and review laws and regulations pertaining to electronics and their distribution; Summarize and communicate research to staff to promote compliance and determine need for changes. Reqs. 36 months of related experience working with sales contracts and agreements. Also experience is required and must include the examination and preparation of contracts.
