LOCATION: Potsdam, NY
DEPARTMENT: Pain Management
THE POSITION
St. Lawrence Health is looking to hire full-time Pain Management Advance Practice Providers.
- Primary location is Potsdam (Canton-Potsdam Hospital) with potential outreach to surrounding hospitals.
- Provide outpatient services including but not limited to performing physical exams and observations, recording medical histories and symptoms, creating patient care plans and contributing to existing ones, writing orders for medications, lab work, and diagnostic testing, interpreting lab results.
- Schedule is based on clinic. Typical schedule is four (4), ten (10) hour days, 8a-6p.
- Full-Time Base Pay Range: $130,000-$153,500
- Compensation with salary guarantee, performance-based incentives, sign on bonus

In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include: productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
EDUCATION:
- BS: Physician Assistant (Required)
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
- RPA - Registered Physician Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
- PA-C - Certified Physician Assistant - National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
