Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. Security Shift Supervisor in Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Securitas Security Services is looking to hire a Shift Supervisor to work on the 3rd shift with our client in Portsmouth, NH.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will provide lead direction at assigned client site(s) on assigned shift(s). Our Security Officers work closely with our clients and client staff. The right candidate for this highly rewarding job will be professional, motivated, and ready to learn. Previous customer service experience required.

Schedule: 7pm-7am, Saturday-Sunday

Pay: $18/hr

The position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by:

  • Performs the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy

  • Provides lead direction at assigned client site(s) on assigned shift(s); acts to ensure that post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that adequate reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations

  • Assists in the training of Security Officers and review of post orders• In conjunction with company management or designated company representatives acts to ensure adequate security coverage of all posts

  • Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required

  • Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities

  • Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills
