Position: Project Management Consultant

Location: Portsmouth, NH (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Length: 6 months

Job Description:

Our client is looking for aProject Management Consultantthat can support their electromechanical and product development business units and liaise cross functionally with Research and Development, Finance, and more. TheProject Management Consultantwill be responsible for overseeing and managing the project life cycle to ensure projects get completed correctly, on-time, and within budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Run and own projects for new modules or subsystem components of the urodynamic systems that require redesign

  • Develop and maintain project plans.

  • Run weekly meetings, identify, and allocate work and responsibilities.

  • Identify the "Critical Chain" and have CCPM.

  • Provide monthly status report to CEO, monitor project progress, and provide regular status reports to management and in PMO.

  • Identify and manage risk and handle project risk register responsibilities.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders internally and externally.

  • Drive project plans and activities to completion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience with medical devices.

  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience.

  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and have strong technical written and verbal communication within all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to be timely, responsive, and detail oriented.

  • Certifications: CCPM and PMP.
