We don't just provide exceptional veterinary care – we're committed to delivering an unparalleled experience to our clients and their beloved pets. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support.

About the Role:

As a Client Care Specialist, crucial role in supporting our specialty and urgent care departments  while welcoming and assisting our guests.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.

  • Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

  • Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.

  • Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.

    Compensation:

  • Starting pay will be determined by experience.

    Schedule:

  • Three 12-hour shifts, including one weekend shift

  • 3 Holiday shifts per year
