Adecco is currently assisting a leading manufacturer in medical device packaging, seeking Machine Operators in Portsmouth, NH ! These roles are temp-to-hire opportunities, paying $18-20/HR , based on experience - OT possible!

Schedule's:

Monday - Friday - 7:00AM - 3:30PM

OR

Monday - Thursday - 6:30AM - 5:00PM - 10-Hour Shift Option

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • A Manufacturing Machine Operator is responsible for operating equipment to its optimal efficiency.

  • Assures that the equipment is functioning properly while producing product and reports any production incidents and/or issues to the Production Manager.

  • Is responsible to perform daily maintenance to the equipment, the cleanliness of their work area and promote a safe work environment.

  • Performs intermittent dimensional product inspections to determine product acceptance.

  • Works with the QA Department regarding nonconforming product.

  • Responsible to maintain material and product trace-ability throughout the production process.

  • Package and label finished product.

  • May be required to perform additional tasks as needed to be determined by the Production Manager.

  • Must have good written and oral English language communication skills

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Must be able to read a ruler and have basic math skills

  • Can lift at least 50 pounds

  • Must be able to take direction and work within a team environment

  • Must be detailed oriented and once trained can perform tasks with little or no supervision

  • Must have good written and oral communication skills

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
