Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily involve providing administrative support and managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of our office while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and special events.

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.

  • On occasion will work with the marketing & product team to support projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & Salesforce).

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications are a plus.

  • Availability to work three days a week, with flexibility to cover additional shifts if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist role or customer service position.

  • Familiarity with scheduling software or calendar management tools.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments.
