Shoals Technology Group Full Stack Developer in Portland, Tennessee

Full Stack Developer Portland, TN (Hybrid) We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing front-end and backend software for various application projects that support the Shoals business. Translating business requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks. Responsibilities: Implementing the product's lifecycle: Design, development, quality, deployment, and maintenance. Developing and adhering to best practices for developing applications Continuously contribute to team performance improvement and collaboration. Providing improvements to the product(s) being supported. Supporting release planning with conceptual design and development/refinement of software engineering guidelines. Writing technical documentation. Contribute to the company and teams success with front end or back end assistance where needed with various frameworks and SharePoint. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is required Minimum of 2 years of related technical experience, with software design, development, and implementation in a Windows environment Experience with front-end technologies and single-page applications (Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript) Familiarity with XML, JSON, PowerShell, batch scripting. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Minimum of 2 years of experience with PV wire-harness design, or embedded PV system design is a plus. Additional engineering experience is a plus. Proven track record of owning, managing, and delivering on projects is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and PL/SQL Excellent skills in DB schema design, Object Relationship Modeling, and SQL development. Experience with agile and/or DevOps processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Ability to translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks. Excellent knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL, Tableau), and PL/SQL Excellent skills in DB schema design and SQL development.
