Description

Responsible for the successful execution of all station transportation tasks. The position will ensure that all assigned tasks are completed with a focus on creating “Raving Fan” success and exceeding client expectations. The achievement of our corporate goals and objectives, i.e., to be the most cost effective and professional provider of Airline Ground Transportation services will be the critical measurement of success.

NOTE: Depending on location size; may be expected to be in the field 50-75% of their scheduled time.

Must be available to work the afternoon/evening shifts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the execution of critical initiatives in support of the achievement of “Raving Fan” service levels and exceeding client expectations;

  • Support the most cost effective daily and weekly work schedule;

  • Ensure a personal commitment to safety is exhibited in the execution of all policies and tasks by all team players;

  • Utilize and maintain a multi-tasking approach to the daily demands and solutions to the multiple scheduling issues that will arise;

  • Ensure all internal/external communications including but not limited to - Dispatch summaries, FCR, Weekly department report(s), Management are initiated and/or responded to within the corporate Standard Operating Procedures;

  • Support all training initiatives required for successful station operations and maintain an accurate record of individual training plans and accomplishments;

  • Ensure the timely scheduling of drivers when on duty in real time including additions, delays and trip cancellations;

  • Ensure full accountability for the achievement of SkyHop Global Values with a critical focus on adhering to Standard Operating Procedures;

  • Develop and maintain open lines of communications within the station, Clients, Station Management and Drivers focusing on precise and accurate written and oral skills;

  • Achieve an expert level of skills specifically attention to detail and accuracy of all data input functions;

  • Ensure full individual accountability to the Performance Management process;

  • Achieve expert level of skills specific to the effective use of all wireless communication tools (hotspots, tablets, radios, phones, etc.)

  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all research and investigations required to professionally respond to client’s inquiries and complaints

  • Achieve expert level SkyPlan operations and procedures skillsets;

  • Participate in the development and maintenance of a comprehensive training manual for data uploading manifests to SkyPlan and ensure 24/7 management of flight schedules;

  • Ensure full accountability and participation in the daily resolution of internal and external personnel and service issues;

  • Contribute to the maintenance of a trusting and professional work environment

  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of the daily operations summary as per Standard Operating Procedures;

  • Maintain an accurate and up to date monitor of traffic conditions in order to execute the required solutions and communications.

Requirements

• Establish a strong working relationship with internal departments throughout the organization and with all clients;

• Ensure a high level of passion is displayed at all times;

• Fluency in English;

• Minimum of two to three years of experience in transportation or related industries;

• Willing to work a flexible schedule that may require holiday, weekend and/or evening work.
