Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure seamless integration of project components.
    • Facilitate communication between team members to maintain project flow.
  • Communications:

    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders.
    • Provide regular project updates and reports.
    • Ensure all communication is aligned with project goals and company standards.
  • Budget Management:

    • Develop and maintain project budgets.
    • Monitor and report on financial performance.
    • Implement cost control measures to ensure project profitability.
  • Schedule Management:

    • Create detailed project schedules.
    • Track progress against key milestones.
    • Adjust timelines and resources as needed to meet project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Uphold the requisite quality standards in project deliverables.
    • Conduct regular quality reviews and implement improvements.

Qualifications

Education

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline.

  • Licenses/Certifications:

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Oregon is preferred.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or ability to achieve within one-year of hire is preferred.

Experience

  • 12 years in project management.

  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

  • Passion: A genuine desire to make a difference.

Regular full-time and part-time employees will receive ten paid holidays in each calendar year. In addition, employees will be eligible to accrue vacation between 10 and 20 days per year and eligible for paid sick leave (and if more generous, in accordance with state and local law).

Temporary/casual employees have access to 401(k) plans, employee stock purchase program, and paid leave, in accordance with state and local law.
