Job Summary
Your Job
As a Retail Sales Associate, you are responsible for welcoming guests to the retail locations throughout the venue, providing assistance with product information, processing sales through a Point of Sale, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent sales service. Some retail experience preferred. You must maintain a reliable attendance record.
Your Schedule
We are an event-based environment; you must have the ability to work varied shifts including some mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. We schedule team members in relation to events booked at Providence Park.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
Ability to speak, read and write in English.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Ability to work in a confined space with other persons.
Walks and stands during entire shift
Lifts and transports up to 30 lbs.
Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain service area
