PROGRAM COORDINATOR Description & Details: Hacienda CDC, a trusted community development corporation that strengthens individuals and families through affordable housing, holistic services, and advocacy, is searching for a proactive Program Coordinator to be the welcoming hand who leads those with ideas to a pathway of possibilities. When you join the Empresarios Team at Hacienda CDC, you join a team dedicated to helping small food business owners from underserved communities achieve financial stability. Your position will focus on acting as the first point of contact for potential clients, event coordination, networking and promoting the program at events, managing projects, and more. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoy working with a variety of people. They are creative in finding solutions, have a keen eye for detail, and are sure to follow through and complete their tasks. They will demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills and take joy in seeing a client\'s idea come to fruition. Does this sound like you? This position\'s primary responsibilities include: Serving as the initial point of contact for all phone, email, and walk-in inquiries regarding our programming and services. Assisting clients in completing the application process and gathering of supporting/required documentation. Managing and maintaining comprehensive and confidential client records for programming and reporting purposes. Managing event/program logistics and execution, including room reservations, vendor management, catering, audio/visual technology, event registration, and more. Coordinating program promotions at events, including securing marketing materials, staffing, table set-up/take down, etc. Working closely with the internal communications team and the Program Manager to execute marketing and communication activities. Promoting the program with local partners and service providers. Providing project management support to the team to help the team stay on track to complete goals and deadlines. Our ideal candidate must have: Four years of work experience in the food industry, program coordination, economic development, social work, or client counseling environments. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The ability to process and respond positively to a high volume of emails, calls, and voicemails with clarity and accuracy.
