Shift 6am – 4:30pm M-Th OT carries over to Fridays if needed

These "Production Assembly" positions cover the assembly of the truck boxes themselves: - Flooring and base and tie downs - Walls and Head(front) as well as load bars along the side of the walls - Roofing; roof vinyl, corner caps and lighting - Roll up back door, lift gate if required, tail lighting

Consistent use of Auto and Construction tools such as Impact Hammers and Drills, various wrenches and sockets, fasteners, riveters, light electrical. Ladders, saw horses, sawsalls tape measures etc.

We're looking for automotive or construction folks that like the start to finish production work. Handy with hand and power tools and people who may have help construction or automotive repair/mechanic roles in the past or have had experience or vocational training in the past and are looking to grow in the automotive field.

Lifting up to 50lbs and team lifts on large side and roof panels

Pace is key but quality is king. The summit name is on all trucks sold, return customers and positive industry reviews carry this company along.

All employees will be trained on how to assemble the boxes, on a team, in a large warehouse environment. Basic auto mechanics or construction experience is a must

Basic shop duties: cleaning workspace and shop after completion and end of shift, breaking down waste and recyclables. Grabbing a broom and helping keep the space clean and ready for the next day. ETC.
