The pay rate for this job is $22 - $26 / hour

Responsibilities:

  • Hours: Monday through Friday day shift.

  • Weekend work potentially available

  • Complete finish carpentry tasks including framing, concrete form, site cleanup, debris removal, material moving, patchwork repair, and diagnosis

  • Experience with refurbishing work of unoccupied units and occupied units

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Follow safety practices at all times

  • Complete other duties assigned per direction of the Supervisor  

 Qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Must have 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician

  • Must have reliable transportation- Job site location could change throughout the day

  • Must have basic tools for the trade

  • We provide PPE

  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, an walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds with or with accommodation

  • Position may require additional screenings
